Introduction

  1. Welcome to NRM Plumbing and Heating. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any work or service requests.
  2. Services NRM Plumbing and Heating provides plumbing, heating, and related services, including but not limited to installation, maintenance, and repair. All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline or withdraw services at our discretion.
  3. Quotations and Pricing

3.1 **Quotations**: All quotations provided by NRM Plumbing and Heating are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. After this period, prices may be subject to change.

3.2 **Pricing**: The prices quoted include labour, materials, and applicable taxes unless specified. Any additional work or changes requested by the customer may incur extra charges.

3.3 **Estimates**: Any estimate given before a full inspection or assessment is a preliminary figure and is subject to change based on further evaluation.

  1. Payment Terms

4.1 **Deposits**: A deposit may be required for certain jobs, particularly for larger projects or where specific materials need to be ordered in advance.

4.2 **Payment Due**: Full payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments can be made via credit/debit card or bank transfer. However we do not take American Express.

4.3 **Late Payments**: Failure to pay within the agreed timeframe may result in additional charges, including but not limited to late payment fees and interest on outstanding amounts.

  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1 **Cancellations**: Customers may cancel their service request by giving at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

5.2 **Rescheduling**: Customers wishing to reschedule their appointment must notify NRM Plumbing and Heating. Rescheduling requests made within less than 48 hours may be treated as cancellations.

  1. Warranty and Liability

6.1 **Workmanship Warranty**: NRM Plumbing and Heating offers a 12 month warranty on all workmanship. This warranty covers defects arising from our service and does not cover issues caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

6.2 **Material Warranty**: Materials and parts supplied by NRM Plumbing and Heating are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. NRM Plumbing and Heating is not responsible for any defects in materials once the manufacturer’s warranty has expired.

6.3 **Liability**: NRM Plumbing and Heating shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of income, damage to property, or injury resulting from our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

  1. Access and Property

7.1 **Access**: The customer is responsible for providing NRM Plumbing and Heating with safe and unobstructed access to the property where work is to be carried out.

7.2 **Property Damage**: While every care is taken, NRM Plumbing and Heating is not responsible for any damage to property unless it is caused by our negligence.

7.3 **Health and Safety**: NRM Plumbing and Heating adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations. We reserve the right to halt work if unsafe conditions are identified.

  2. Dispute Resolution

9.1 **Complaints**: Any complaints regarding our services should be directed to our customer service team within 14 days of the service completion.

9.2 **Resolution**: NRM Plumbing and Heating will attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to mediation or legal proceedings as appropriate.
