She now looks after all the team and deals with all the invoicing and accounts.
Di joined in early 2017 to provide the first point of contact between customers and engineers.
She deals with all the day to day administrative needs.
Dan was originally an apprentice with NRM, and has re-joined us.
Dan is a qualified gas and heating engineer and is responsible for all our large installation work.
Josh is the latest addition to our team and we are very happy to be working with him.
He’s recently qualified as a plumber and is undertaking his Gas Qualification.
Max has been with us from an apprentice.
He has now completed his Level 2 plumbing qualification and is going on to do his level 3 which will be heating
Harry joined us straight from school as an apprentice, and then became a fully qualified plumber through NRM.
In 2018, he achieved his Gas qualification.
Harry now does most of our larger installation work and has a good eye for detail.
Mark brings with him 20+ years of experience as a gas engineer and plumber. Mark is particularly good at fault-finding and electrical work.
With his knowledge and background we are really excited about his future.
Robert comes from a military background, and in 2009 joined NRM as a qualified gas engineer and plumber.
He also is a qualified carpenter which helps with the bathroom work we undertake. Due to his quiet nature Robert is very popular with our customers.
Martin worked with Nigel when he first started out 1992, and in 2000 he started working for himself subcontracting to NRM.
In 2012 joined NRM full time helping to grow the business. He is qualified and experienced in a number of fields which helps to overcome a lot of issues that arise in this industry.
Started NRM back in 1992 aged 21 as a sole trader he quickly became known throughout the St.Neots area mainly for his common sense approach to fault finding problems and getting things done.
Due to his work load Nigel soon realised he had to employ people for his expanding business and in 2003 went limited, every year growing and now employs numourous people working from our unit in Diddington.
